About shipping methods

We use post-mail or courier service depending on the product or weight you are buying. Please note that we do not accept delivery by date and time designation or cash on delivery.

About delivery days

In order to ensure delivery to our customers, we have adopted a delivery method with a tracking number.
Basically, it takes 2-3 business days after your order is completed. (In the case of remote islands, it may take 3-4 business days.) ）
In the case of reserved products, ordered products, etc., we will list the delivery guidelines on the product page.
This is not the case in areas where natural disasters and large-scale events are held. Please understand in advance.

About shipping business

Shipping operations are available on weekdays except saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. In this case, orders on Fridays will be shipped on the following Monday (or the next business day if Monday is a national holiday). Please understand in advance.

Damage during delivery, etc.
